Match Restaurant has so many different tastes in one nice restaurant you will feel the need to try all the dishes! This unique restaurant puts all different flavors together in one building. While you fill your appetite with the great food you can have a private room with your best buds and sing karaoke as much as you want.This is a rare restaurant to have in your local neighborhood, inside it gives off the feel of a strip restaurant. This is the hot spot to party with your friends for a good time, good food, and great service!

	Fresh raw oysters ponzu, chili sauce, green onion. Everyone has that desire to want to try the famous oyster. Some of you that have love it, right? These oysters are the perfect choice for first time experiences. They do not have a salty taste at all. Fresh could not describe them enough.
	Poke tuna or salmon, chili, masago, sesame oil. This Poke is something that everyone needs to try. I have had Poke at various restaurants over the years but I must say the flavor in this bowl will knock your socks off.
	Spicy sour fish red snapper, ponzu, jalapeno, lemon. Again with this dish as with all the dishes at Match, freshness is the key to success. The sauce that was chosen was a perfect match for the snapper. Do not let the jalapeno ingredient scare you off it is just enough to really give it a kick.
	Pineapple fried rice shrimp, fresh pineapple, yellow onion, egg. If there is a few things that Match does well one of those would have to be presentation. This dish has it all from fresh pineapple to the really large fresh shrimp.

	Mixed greens with candied walnuts, fresh tomatoes and segmented orange in citrus vinaigrette.
	Fish tacos. These fish tacos are very authentic. And the level freshness is something not expected in Las vegas.
	Atlantic cod fish and chips. The fries have curry salt seasoning that is to die for.
	Seared salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears. Again the level of freshness on the fish is amazing!

If I may say so myself this is the best Thai Food that I have found in town so far.
If you can try to make it there Mon - Fri 11:00am - 3:00pm for the Lunch Special it is the same great food but only $5.95 and includes steamed rice, egg rolls, and one of the following: egg drop soup, or house salad with peanut dressing.

Here are some items that you must try when you go.

Each dish prepared with your choice of chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, fish, squid or scallops. (Seafood add $1.00) (Steamed rice $1.00 per bowl) Vegetarian Dishes: Most dishes can be prepared with out meat upon request. Tofu or mixed vegetables can be substituted for meat.

PINKS'S HOT DOGS
From Hollywood to Sin City.

Just goes to show that those good old fashioned things you grew up with will always be great.

I am very happy to see that this city has been trying to grow outside of the average steak and eggs specials. Pink's Hot Dogs has and still is today one of those spots in L.A. you must do. Sort of like getting your photo next to your favorite star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Right when you walk into the front door it is easy to see why this place has been doing well since 1939. Everyone seems to share this same thought. Very interesting to see how many celebs love this little spot. Just look up at the wall and see the photos of who has come to this institution of Dogs.

The menu is nothing short then amazing in it's self. From your simple dog on a roll for $4.50 to the most lavish Three Dog Night which is 3 dogs wrapped in a tortilla with 3 slices of cheese, 3 slices of bacon, chili and onions for $8.25

It is all great and you must come down and see this spot! Oh and reasons for Veggie heads too! They have Veggie dogs!! MENU
